We always use code 39, unless otherwise specified by the customer.

In the event of an order cancellation, we reserve the right to invoice for all work (including artwork) up to the time of cancellation.

Orders placed on line will be printed as per the instructions provided at the time an order is placed. We may send you a proof via email to confirm the number range.

Payment Terms

For approved accounts - net 30 days from date of invoice.
Non approved accounts - proforma.
Payment may be made by Fastpay, BACS, Cheque, Debit or Credit Card.

Goods ordered on-line will be dispatched 8-10 working days from receipt of order.

Courier nominated by Data Label.

No refunds will be made, except for faulty/damaged goods. Such goods must be returned to and received by Data Label before a refund will be issued.

Outward carriage costs will also be refunded together with a reasonable carriage costs incurred by the customer for returning the goods.

Customers must confirm acceptance of the proof before goods will be printed.

Any errors or omissions in the final printed product will not constitute faulty goods if such errors/omissions were also present in the original proof supplied to and accepted by the customer.

Under no circumstances will Data Label be liable for any loss, expenses, actual or consequential damage to persons or property of any kind arising out of the use of our products.
